Arrived and immediately in holiday mood

After a perfect flight with Jet Airways (more room for legs than previous companies we used) we arrived in time in sunny Toronto (27 C) at 11h55 local time (5h55 in Belgium).

After the check-in at the hotel -> http://www.torontoprimrosehotel.com - we immediately put on a T-shirt and shorts and went for a walk/drink. It only took 5 min to be at ease since not difficult to feel that good here.

We first went to Yonge street, which is rather close to the hotel since seems to be the center of activity. Although enough people on the street and the high buildings you certainly do have a feeling of space.

We saw a lot of dogs in the streets and concluded that Canadian people must like dogs a lot. 15 min later we discovered what this really was -> there was a dog fair spread over several streets (food, shampoo, baskets, ...).

We saw younger versions of Lulu & Pepper and some dogs with fancy gadgets & colours

Patrick took the bus to pick up Suwat at the airport and we made a small walk to Lake Ontario

It's now 18h45 here (00h45 in Belgium), so we had an extra long day (and not over yet) - wonder what we will feel like tomorrow ..
