A lovely day spent cruising on Georgian Bay aboard the M.S. Georgian Queen. Delightful warm temperatures and lots of sun with a cool breeze from the water will be something to think about this winter when the snow is a meter deep and the bay solid ice. 2.5 hours though is only a taste of the beauty of the 30,000 islands and the wonders of Georgian Bay.

You have beautiful views both of the interior and exterior of the Martyrs' Shrine built in 1925 to commemorate the eight Jesuit saints that lived, worked, and died here over 350 years ago. I was happy receive your blessing from the altar, built for Pope John Paul II in 1984, even though someone else said it was blasphemy;-) Again the day was too short.
